Organising your Blog!

It is important that you organise your blog ready for the examiner to see it. This means ensuring that your work is complete and in order. The video at the bottom of this post will help you (listen out for my dog grumbling part way through!).

You can view the coursework checklist by clicking here. In addition, the list below will also help you to get your work in order.

College Magazine:

• Audience research (questionnaires)
• Product research (existing college magazines)
• Planning (draft designs/layouts)
• Finished front cover and contents page (uploaded to your blog NOT linked through Google Docs)

Music Magazine:

• Audience research (questionnaires)
• Product research: 2 front covers, 2 contents pages and 2 feature articles (this also includes the research into layout, image, representation and your detailed analysis)
• Research into magazine house style (colours and fonts)
• Draft of your feature article
• Planning (draft designs/layouts and colour/font ideas)
• Any feedback you have received.

Evaluation:

• Either a question by question approach posted directly into your blog. Remember to have the full question as the title.
• OR
• As a presentation that must be either embedded into your blog or linked through Google Docs.
